Spa Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to visit us for your treatments or spa package please note the following cancelation policy:
2 working days prior to arrival day: A full refund of deposit.
1 working day prior to arrival day: Deposit is held and package can be rearranged.
On the day of booking: 100% charge.
Please note for group bookings (over 6 guests) a 100% non refundable deposit is taken on booking.
Please note refunds can take up to 28 days to clear.
