Spa Cancellation Policy

A 100% deposit is taken at time of booking 50% of which is non-refundable. 

Any bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the deposit paid at booking.

Bookings cancelled prior to the 48 hours notice will be entitled to a 50% refund of deposit paid at booking. 

Please note for group bookings (over 6 guests) a 100% non refundable deposit is taken on booking.
