How to get to us
If using a Sat-nav to get to us please use the following postcode: HR11LF
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your first treatment for full experiences and 20 minutes for treatments only appointments.
On arrival you will be met with one of our hosts who will check you in and provide you with a short tour of the building. You will also be provided with this guide in written form should you have any questions. Your host and Duty Managers are available throughout your visit too should you require additional assistance.
MUST be booked in advance and you can see our full treatment menu HERE. Our two main product houses are currently Temple Spa and The Natural Spa Factory.
What to wear
For your comfort you are provided with robe, towel and slippers to use throughout your visit. Swimwear must be worn at all times. Paper underwear can be provided for your treatment if you wish.
In order to safeguard precious Jewellery from the effects of chemicals we advise guests to remove it before using the Spa pools.
Please provide us with any special dietary requirements prior to your visit. The Orchard Cafe at Holmer Park offers a selection of freshly prepared light lunches and snacks which can be purchased in addition to your Spa Day Package. If you wish to dine with us at a particular time then please inform your assistant on ordering. We do offer a tab service which must be settled on check out.
Pre/Post treatment tranquility
We kindly request that you take a seat in our Relaxation Room 10 minutes prior to your designated treatment time where you are asked to complete one of our consultation forms, these are essential for any treatment. Once these have been complected you will be greeted by your Therapist who will then invite you in to your treatment room. Following your treatment it is recommended that your unwind in our Dark Room. For your comfort a selection of fruit teas and water are available throughout your visit. We don't provide you with tea or coffee because caffeine can have a detrimental effect on your relaxation.
For hygiene reasons please ensure you shower before entering the Main and Spa Pools.
Please do not reserve loungers with towels. Your towels may be removed should you wish to use another feature on poolside. Please limit time on the heated loungers to 15 minutes.
You must be 16 years of age to take part in one of our spa experiences.
Magazines are provided throughout the Spa as well as national and local newspapers. You are welcome to bring a book alon with you.
Medical or dietary requirements
Please inform us of any special requirements that we should prepare in advance for. For those with restricted mobility we are able to, with prior arrangement, carry out spa treatments on the lower ground level.
Please note that alcohol can only be consumed in the lounge and main patio. Alcohol must not be consumed in the pool hall.
Treatment times and duration
Treatment length includes consultation. We reserve the right to ammend treatment start times.
