Many of us enjoy working out with friends. Are you looking for expertly-led fitness classes in Hereford? Our incredible range of exercise classes are included as part of your membership! The Holmer Park instructors have the skills to get your heart racing, muscles toning and calories burning, whilst ensuring you have fun! Enjoy getting active in a friendly group environment and benefit from that extra motivation to give it your all.

Whether you're looking to raise a sweat at one of our Spin classes, or stretch out at a relaxing Yoga session, there are numerous classes taking place throughout the week at various times, so no one misses out. Every class is absolutely free of charge to members and you can book online.

Holmer Barre

Incorporating the precision of pilates and the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. Adding in the control of yoga and strength from sports conditioning, you will have all of the aspects of a Barre workout.

Like traditional pilates dynamic pilates is designed to readdress the body’s natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements. Dynamic pilates goes a step further it’s a more intense and dynamic programme, designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle.

Holmer 20/10

Involves performing a particular exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. Improve all aspects of your physical ability and appearance with this high intensity and highly enjoyable type of training.

Holmer Stretch

These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, the focus is to work the whole body, making sure that each joint is shown the movement they should go through on a daily basis, improving the mobility of each participant.

Body Balance incorporates elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help you achieve a more balanced body and mind. Les Mills Body Combat

This martial arts-inspired workout is completely non-contact, so don’t worry about getting hit! Body Combat integrates moves from Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Kung Fu and Capoeira and can burn up to 740 calories over the hour-long session. Your core strength and stability will also rocket.

This is Holmer Park Health Club’s dedicated abs class. The workout drives your entire core, improving upper body strength, stability and power, and encouraging a leaner and more muscular body. Ab Attack – alongside a cardio class – is highly effective for refining your abdominals and oblique stomach muscles.

This is our own high-energy fitness class suitable for novices and fitness fanatics alike. A combination of running, lunging, jumping and strength exercises (push-ups, squats, etc.), Holmer Attack can get you burning around 700 calories! The class is led by one of our Personal Trainers, backed up by some energising tunes to keep you even more motivated.

Cardio Step is an energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.

Box Fit

Box Fit

High-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing.
