Following the announcement that Herefordshire is to move into Tier 3 from 31st December we will need to make a few amendments to the way the Club operates in order to comply with the government regulations for Tier 3.

Please note that all the Club facilities remain open as usual, including the gym, pool, spa, steam room (the sauna will be opening shortly) and serail mud chamber. All exisiting measures to keep you safe still apply and you can view them at https://www.holmerpark.co.uk/keeping-you-safe/

We realise the biggest impact is the prohibition of group exercise classes. So, we will again be creating an extensive portfolio of online classes and will be publishing our classes each week HERE

We'll miss the buzz of chatter in the Orchard Cafe but will be providing a takeaway service so you can continue to enjoy our artisan coffee, Paninis and Afternoon Tea at home! 

This is a tough time for everyone but we would appreciate the support of our loyal club members as we continue to offer as many services as we are allowed- remember it is important to stay active and we hope you will enjoy using the wide range of facilities that remain fully open.

These are incredibly tough times for everyone but we will get through this by sticking together and supporting each other.

In Summary...

The Gym and Pool Hall
The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities will remain open. 

Health Club membership and our commitment to fees
Holmer Park remains open and payments continue as normal. Hopefully, we will not be forced to close, but please rest assured that our commitment to you is that if we are ever forced to close, we will freeze your membership for the time we are closed and you won’t pay for the period you can’t get access to the Club. If a closure is forced upon us and it is too late to suspend payments we will simply credit this back to your membership when we reopen. Annual members will simply have the period of closures added to their membership.

Classes
All classes are temporarily suspended. We will be providing LIVE and pre-recorded classes for you to take part in and you can find our current timetable HERE

The Orchard Cafe & Lounge
The Orchard cafe will be open for takeaway only and food and drink cannot be consumed on the premises. If you are visiting our Day Spa for a package that has food included we will prepare this for you so you can take this away at the end of your visit. The Lounge is currently closed.

I would like to suspend my membership
If the changes in tier means you will no longer be using the health club we can temporarily suspend your membership.

If you are an annual paying member please email [email protected] and we can temporarily suspend your membership for you 

I have a booking in the Day Spa, what happens now?
The Spa remains open for existing and new bookings. Please adhere to government guidance relating to travelling between tiers. 

What about my gift voucher?
If you have a gift voucher that was purchased in club or via our website that has expired or that is due to expire please mention this to us when making your booking and we will extend this for you. 

I have a Groupon, SpaBreaks, Wowcher or other 3rd party voucher?
If you have a third party voucher with us and would like more information on the status of your voucher, please refer directly to the relevant Company from which you have purchased your experience.
