Holmer Park recently underwent a £350k renovation to update our facilities for our members.
Following the acquisition of Holmer Park by a local private investor and the Managing Director of Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs, this investment was agreed upon to provide better facilities and services, which we first achieved by adding more car parking spaces for members and visitors. Other facilities have also been renovated, but one of the most exciting changes has been replacing our gym equipment with a completely new kit.
The previous gym equipment had become outdated and has now been replaced with the very latest equipment by Technogym – one of the world’s leading suppliers in the fitness and wellness sector. Their equipment offers fitness benefits for modern life with its technological focus.
Through the use of Technogym's unique Operating System, our fitness instructors and members can access ‘Mywellness cloud’ which keeps people connected socially while entertaining and motivating. Members can keep up to date with their personal training data or compete with other members on fitness challenges.
This content allows them to stay focused on their fitness achievements and work towards challenges suited to their individual requirements. If members prefer to exercise with music or catch up with a TV programme, they can do that too. The new gym equipment offers a personable workout experience with advancement in fitness benefits.
Since the new equipment has been installed, our members have been particularly fond of the Skillmill! This innovative treadmill is only 18-months new to the industry and is self-propelled by the runner. The Skillmill is a popular and cutting-edge device that was developed by Olympic athletes, so it promises a full-body workout if you’re up to the pace!
Club manager Steven Chadwick says: “The investment has brought us into the modern fitness world. We can now offer our members a higher quality of fitness equipment that is suited to their personal lifestyles and they can also enjoy amazing benefits that our outdated kit could not provide.
