Well here we go again!
With regards to being “Covid Secure” you may already be aware of the steps that we have in place to keep you safe. Just to reassure you here is a reminder:

For your usual workouts and swim, you can just turn up and use the Club whenever you want at present. Please come gym and swim ready. We would appreciate it if you can avoid using the changing rooms wherever possible, but they will remain open, for example, for anyone who needs to shower after their swim or for those with disabilities or special needs. In line with government guidance, the changing rooms will have a reduced capacity, so please only bring belongings that are absolutely necessary.
To ensure the Club is not too busy we will again be limiting guests to a maximum of 1 and this must be prebooked and paid in advance. If you have not booked a guest visit, please do not attend the club as access may be denied for your guest.
- Our spa will also open in line with government guidelines so you can enjoy a treatment at the club. We are able to offer out full treatment menu. If you would like to book a treatment/ experince please visit our website to complete our contact form or give us a call to book. Don't forget if you're a member you can take advantage of 25% off any of our treatments in the Spa - why not treat yourself?
- The Orchard Café will open following the government guidance for pubs, cafes and restaurants. Therefore we request that you follow the tier 2 guidance which currently applies to us. This means that you must only sit with others that are in your household or social bubble.
- Classes will go ahead as normal allbeit with reduced numbers to ensure social mixing is prevented. Please do not congrete before a class and please leave the studio promptly to allow for cleaning.
- With regards to membership fees, we were able to stop the payment that was due to be collected from your account on the 5th November so the next payment that is scheduled to be collected from your account will be 5th December 2020 and monthly thereafter. If you would like to make any changes to your membership please let us know by 12 noon on Wednesday 2nd December. All change requests should be emailed to [email protected]. If you pay in full your membership will be extended by our period of closure automatically.
This year we have been closed for 5 months and it has been incredibly tough but with your support we are determined to come through 2020 and bounce back strongly in 2021.
We know how special Holmer Park is to so many of you, and we are totally committed to reopening the Club in a way that is both safe and welcoming.
