Hello!
In last week’s edition I said we were working hard to ensure we are still with you, even though the club is closed. Using hundreds of hours of videos recorded by our instructors I am delighted to provide you with the following details:
Each Sunday evening (from this weekend) we will be publishing an online timetable for the following week. The timetable will be posted on our Facebook page.
There will be 2 sets of classes/ workouts to do each day. Some are video and instructor led and some are via the mywellness app. In addition I am really thankful to say that we have worked with our colleagues from around the Mosaic Group on this project. Therefore some videos will be from instructors you haven’t met before, but don’t worry, you’ll be in safe hands.
Videos will be uploaded to our Facebook page at the time stated. If you have not got Facebook, do not worry- you can still access the content as our page is a public page. Please visit www.facebook.com/holmerpark and you can see our page. If you are asked to sign up, you can click not now. Videos will permanently stay on our Facebook page so if you enjoy a particular class and want to do it over and over again, then you can!
Workouts available on the mywellness app are exclusive for Holmer Park members and designed by Assistant Manager Dan and the Fitness Team. If you do not usually use the app then you really are missing out! Not only will you be able to access the exclusive content but you can also see the club leader board, track your outdoor runs via the GPS supported app and update/ track your body measurements.
