Fully equipped gym with over 50 classes We have over 40 exercise stations with everything you could need for a great workout. Our state-of-the-art key system provides a simple way for you to monitor your progress and our friendly, highly qualified instructors are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals. We offer over 50 classes per week and whether you're looking to raise a sweat at one of our Spin classes, or stretch out at a relaxing Yoga session, there are numerous classes taking place throughout the week at various times, so no one misses out.
Every class is absolutely free of charge to members and you can book online via our online portal.
A simply stunning Swimming Pool Our Deck Level Roman styled Swimming Pool is a must and, coupled with our Spa Baths, Sauna and Steam Rooms, is the perfect place to relax in.
