Holmer Park Unveils Cutting-Edge Fitness Upgrades Including EMS Training and Technogym Innovations

Holmer Park Health Club & Spa is proud to announce a major upgrade to its fitness facilities, bringing members the latest in smart training technology and personalised wellness support.

As part of a major upgrade, Holmer Park will replace its current resistance machines with the Technogym Biostrength range. A state-of-the-art strength training system powered by AI-driven Biodrive technology, originally developed for aerospace applications. Biostrength adapts to each user's body and goals, offering tailored programmes and real-time feedback to help members train more effectively and safely.

In addition, Holmer Park will introduce the Technogym Checkup, a smart health assessment station that measures body composition, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in just minutes. The system calculates a member's fitness age, providing a clear, motivating benchmark for long-term progress and wellbeing.

The club is also proud to announce the launch of Miah Bodytech EMS Training, a revolutionary fitness experience that uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to activate muscles more deeply and efficiently than traditional exercise. EMS delivers the benefits of a full-body workout in just 20 minutes, making it ideal for busy lifestyles, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
