Disruption due to inclement weather

During periods of inclement weather, we will keep this page updated with any disruption to club services, classes, or spa appointments. Please check back regularly for the latest information before travelling to the club.

For accurate local forecasts, you can view the Met Office report for Hereford Racecourse, our nearest weather station, by CLICKING HERE. If conditions are unsafe, we strongly advise members and guests not to travel to the club.

Should significant disruption occur, missed classes will not be penalised, and we will review our spa cancellation policy with fairness and flexibility in mind.

We have plans in place to help keep the site accessible, including snow clearance and regular gritting of the car park. However, even with these measures, surfaces may still be slippery, so please take extra care when moving around the grounds.
