I am currently doing my level 2 fitness course, which I am passionate about because I want to help people achieve their goals whether they are short-term or long-term. While I am studying why not enquire about a programme with me? Let me be part of your fitness journey.
Stuart Davies
Very sporty enjoying all aspects of fitness from team sports to individual. I am keen to work with anyone of any level of fitness & helping them improve! Keen runner having run multiple marathons, lover of football & you can often find me in the weights room. I believe I have sound exercise knowledge and background within the fitness industry to help others with their fitness needs.
Chelsea Morris
I believe you should play hard and work hard. I offer fun and energetic, low to high intensity personal training. I'm driven by support, motivation, experience, and passion, and am here to help you to make positive lifestyle changes for the better.
Clare Fairbrother
I love being active in all fitness and sports and can help with almost every need. I regularly run and go to CrossFit myself. I mostly enjoy helping People to train to feel good physically and mentally. My style of PT is mostly HITT and strength training. I have a lot of experience in helping people achieve their goals and plans. I also teach swimming lessons and swimming techniques.
Lisa Frost
I am passionate about classes and Les Mills. I am very well rounded in all aspects of PT but mostly enjoy working with 40+ clients. I like to specialise in flexibility, weight loss & general fitness.
