What time should I arrive?

Guests are required to arrive early in time to change, if desired, to fill out a medical questionnaire and pay for your treatments. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. We suggest allowing at least 20 minutes before your booking time.

What should I wear?
Clients on Spa Days (both men & women) will feel most comfortable going into treatments with their robe over their swimwear. Disposable pants and boxer shorts are provided for wet treatments. During treatments our therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times.

Suitable footwear (trainers, gym shoes, etc.) is required when using the gym.

Men are requested to wear underwear or swimwear during treatments.

Are the treatments suitable for me?

Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. Please raise any concerns at the time of booking. We ask all clients to fill out a medical questionnaire on arrival at the Spa, to ensure treatments are appropriate.

Can I use my mobile phone?
We wish to keep the whole of Holmer Park a mobile-free oasis. Please ensure that mobile phones and pagers are switched off during your visit to the Spa.
Do you have anywhere to keep my personal belongings?
It is advisable to leave valuables in your locker. Some treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises and in particular checking the pockets of your gown.
