The Roman Pool is an elegant and peaceful area of Holmer Park. It's maintained  to a constant temperature of 29 degrees. Cool enough to ease away the memories of your workout in the exercise studios but warm enough to envelop your senses on even the chilliest day or evening.

Surrounding the pool are tiled, heated loungers. Why not sip a smoothie while stretching out with the day's papers? A swimming lane for adults will always be available throughout children's sessions and any classes. Want to build your confidence in the pool? One to one swimming lessons are now available with our experienced trainer.

If that's not enough housed within the Roman Pool are Holmer's three Spa Baths.

There are two, six seat baths and one ten seat bath meaning there will always be room for you to share a warm, relaxing session in the Jacuzzis with friends. Use the jets to massage yourself or stretch out and watch the swimmers in the Pool while while you sooth your mind and body.

Finally to finish of your visit to this outstanding complex the Roman Pool also contains Holmer's Sauna and Steam Rooms.
