Your very own training partner in the form of an instructor, they will motivate, train with you, set you more varied workouts and basically ensure that you get the best possible workout that you can. And it doesn’t have to just be gym based; they may take you for a run, swim or vary your workout with an alternative form of exercise if that’s what you decide with them. Attain your goals in double quick time…

These sessions must be booked and paid for in advance with an instructor of your choice, bookings can be made via reception at times allocated throughout the day with your chosen instructor.

Each session costs £30. Book 6 to get 7th free. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or alter the time of a session.

One To One Swimming Lessons

Bookable in half-hour slots at designated times throughout the day. One to one instruction in the water with an instructor who has over 10 years swimming instructor experience. All ages catered for from children to adults. Please note these sessions will not be linked to ASA swimming lessons criteria so no distance badges will be issued through the ASA, however we will offer internal certification if required. Please book through main reception.

Thursday Night Running Club
Enjoy running but just cannot get motivated to run on your own? Every Thursday evening 6.30-7.30pm like-minded members will meet at the club and with the motivation and support of a trainer go for a run. There will be pre-planned routes ranging from 2-3 miles, all levels welcome. No need to book, just turn up and run.

Remember our external running track is now in use if you feel like a change from pounding the treadmills!
