We know many of you will have goals to stay fit, eat well and loose weight and this weekend promises to help you achieve those goals! There is no need to book but please REGISTER YOUR INTEREST HERE so we have an idea of numbers attending. The talks are FREE for members so come along and get that extra support to help you achieve your 2023 goals.

Alice is a Registered Dietitian with a degree and post graduate diploma in clinical nutrition meaning that she has completed 5 years at University and has trained clinically in the NHS for over 10 years. Alice is a guest lecturer and mentor for Master's Dietetic students at Birmingham City University and works part-time in the NHS as a Specialist Weight Management Dietitian and offers private appointments at Nuffield Health in Hereford.
Alice's area of specialism is weight management. Alice has worked as a specialist weight management dietitian for many years and has had great success in supporting people to lose weight in a safe and scientifically proven way.
