10.30pm Yoga (All) 60mins - Based on Iyengar Yoga this class encompasses moves similar to Body Balance to improve poise and flexibility and soothe your spirit.

11.00am 50s Plus 30 Mins - Gentle full body workout to include strength, stamina & core stability work. Under 50s welcome.

6.30pm Body Pump (All) 60mins - Bodypump takes body conditioning to the next level. A motivating free weight workout using dumbbells and barbells with adjustable weights. Body Pump is pre-choreographed to music, and will enhance overall body definition, and increase muscle strength and tone. (There will be a half-hour ‘Technique’ learning session preceding the first class.)

7.45pm Salsa (All) 60mins - Learn how to Salsa in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Absolute beginners and those with two left feet are welcome! We advise you wear cool clothing and sensible shoes (no heels). £2 for members (paid in the studio) and £4.25 for non-members (paid at reception).
Tuesdays

6.30pm Body Combat (All) 60mins - From the Les Mills Body Training systems, a pre-choreographed hi-energy fun class with martial arts moves that will raise your intensity and fitness levels. This class is structured to get results safely and promises to motivate you with its combinations and uplifting music. (There will be a half-hour ‘Technique’ learning session preceding the first class.
7.30pm Fitball (All) 45 mins - Using stability balls the class comprises a wide range of exercises to target the whole body and to improve body tone and core stability.
Wednesdays

6.00pm Double Trouble (All) 60mins - Choose to either do one or both classes. 30 minute circuit based cross traning then 30 minutes abs/core based training. Best of both worlds in one night – what more could you ask for?
7.00pm Pilates (All) 60mins - A workout with Integrated pilates designed to focus on the muscles that help improve posture and core strength.
Thursdays
7.00am Holmer Spin (All) 30-45 Mins Stationary bike group fitness class. Hill climbs & sprints. An intense exercise experience featuring motivational music & great instructors driving you to burn more calories than ever before.
5.45pm Hard CORE (All) 45mins - A workout to target, tone and flatten those midriffs and contour your abdominals.
6.30pm Slimming Club - with Janie Creamer - Advice on diet and nutrition, you will be provided with a food diary and motivation. Janice will weigh you each week and check your measurements. The class will include some gentle exercise. (6 sessions cost £25.)

7.00pm Beginners Circuits (All) 30mins - Always wanted to try circuits but always thought it may be too much to handle? Well now you can have a reduced duration class to ease you into this great cross training session… but it’s still suitable for those hard core circuit fans – you just take the harder options.
 

Studio Bookings & Prices

There is no charge for members. Guests and non-members can attend, subject to availability, a maximum of 4 times per annum. The charge for non-members will be £4.25.

Classes can only be booked 1 week in advance.

As a courtesy to other club members please inform us if you need to cancel your class place.

There will be a waiting list for classes once they are fully booked.

To participate in a class you need to book in at reception, collect a class confirmation ticket to be given to the instructor before the class starts. Non-members and guests will need to wait in the lounge area for the class instructor to collect them.

Studio Policies

We regret that entrance will not be allowed after 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. This is to ensure an adequate warm up period to prevent injuries and avoid disruption to the class.

Report any injuries to your instructor before the class begins.

Please inform your instructor if you intend to leave a class before the end.

Plastic containers only are allowed in the studio.

The club reserves the right to substitute instructors and amend the class when required.
