Reflexology

We are now offering Reflexology in the treatment spa. Parts of the feet relate to other parts of the body and by massaging and applying pressure to areas of the feet beneficial effects are felt in other parts of your body. Reflexology can relieve tension and improve circulation and help to promote the body’s natural functions.

The earliest form of reflexology originated in China as much as five thousand years ago. It is a delightfully relaxing, and, at the same time, stimulating treatment.

Reflexology is only available on certain days of the week (please enquire at the therapy reception). The cost of the treatment for 45 minutes is £40.
