The gymnasium is supervised by qualified instructors who are on hand to assist and advise. They will provide you with a full induction on all the equipment and monitor your personal progress at regular intervals.  Additional one to one personal training is also available extra cost.

Our gym equipment is supported by a ‘Technogym Wellness System’ which allows your training schedule and results to be recorded on your personal ‘key’.  The Key is used to set up each machine for your personal use and your results can be monitored and analysed by our qualified fitness instructors to maximise and advance the benefits of your work-out.

The majority of the cardiovascular machines have an inbuilt television screen offering a choice of TV channels. We are also able to provide wireless receiving packs which will receive eight channels of TV, music & radio. There are TV screens in the resistance area into which the pack can be tuned.
